However, you need to be careful about certain factors here. For, the GRP molded sheets and products need some types of tools or former from which it can be molded. In the simplest form, the GRP is known as the hand lay. At the initial stage, the mould is prepared with the release wax. This is very much similar to the car polish. After that, the color is applied with the help of brush or spray. The application is similar to gelcoat. Basically, this is a colored and thickened resin. After that, the color is left for 20 minutes to cure. Then, the glassfibre is applied with the resin.
